Job Overview

  • We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Product Owner to join our growing Fintech team. In this role, you will take full ownership of your dedicated products bridging the gap between business strategy, commercial health, and technical execution. You will translate market opportunities, customer needs, and stakeholder requirements into scalable financial solutions while driving product vision, prioritizing the backlog based on ROI, and ensuring the operational excellence of our live services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Create and continuously update product vision documents, user stories, architecture/flow charts, and acceptance criteria.
  • Research and analyze the market, user behavior, and competitor landscapes to identify and propose effective technology strategies and product solutions.
  • Create, maintain prioritize the Product Backlog in strict accordance with business value, technical dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Lead core Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
  • Effectively communicate project requirements, goals, and shifting priorities to development team to maintain the velocity.
  • Monitor daily service reports, analyze service performance KPIs, and actively identify system or conversion optimizations.
  • Discuss evolving business needs directly with B2B customers, proposing solutions that support revenue growth through feature upselling and service development.
  • Monitor customer campaigns, rate plans, and pricing changes, analyzing their direct impact on traffic, services, and bottom-line revenue.
  • Support financial operations by tracking transaction/service data for invoice preparation, ensuring timely data submission to customers for monthly reconciliation, and executing necessary invoice adjustments.
  • Ensure the quality of delivered features by actively participating in technical alignment meetings, design reviews, and high-level testing/validation processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather post-launch feedback, ensuring continuous product alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices, regional Fintech regulations, and emerging industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally within a B2B Fintech, digital lending, payments, or SaaS ecosystem.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related technical/analytical field.
  • Deep practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Strong data analytics skills (experience with SQL, basic APIs, or data visualization tools is a big plus) to track service performance and handle reconciliation logic.
  • Demonstrated understanding of product economics, ROI calculation, and client-facing relationship management.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional stakeholder expectations.
